Construction Terminology

Our time at Goertzenville is almost over. I have especially enjoyed learning and getting comfortable with all the construction say and do. And so, for my own enjoyment, I have compiled a list of the terms we use every day around a construction site and never anywhere else. Every one of these things I have used and worked with intimately and got to run and run to get countless times.

I want to let you know what it is like to build a house. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, I prefer the thousand words.

How many of these do you know what they are? Quick, I need about a dozen S1 staples, a coil of 14/2 wire and my blue side cutters; and Uncle Duane needs one of those 90s and some foil tape.
